17-year-old killed in crash on Pean Hill, Whitstable Road

Kent Fire and Rescue and Kent Police were called to the scene of a crash in the early hours of 8 October.

The car, a red Citroen, was reported to have left the road and crashed, injuring two people and killing another, aged 17. A 20-year-old woman is reportedly in police custody.

The police confirmed that this was a single vehicle collision, and have closed the area on Whitstable Road off while they conducted a search of the scene.

The road was reopened just before 9am.
