Medway students party to raise money for Comic Relief

Kent students on the Medway Campus partied 90’s style in aid of Comic Relief, last Friday.

Students descended on Coopers, the campus bar, in leggings, over sized T-shirts and bright colours to raise money for those less fortunate.

The night started with a fiercely competitive Pub Quiz, before classic and cheesy tunes were played by resident DJ Rob Byles.

During the week, organiser Susana Miranda shot Kent Uni’s own version of the One Direction Comic Relief official single, One Way or Another. The music video also includes some clips from the night.

Susana, a third year Fine Arts student, said: “We are not totally sure how much we have raised yet but it was a really good night. Thank you to Coopers and Rob for hosting the night.”
